The eBay API needs to be accessed via a XML interchange on a HTTPS

OpenSLL support. Besides PHP needs to be linked with XML support
   enabled.

My ISP does not support cURL nor OpenSSL, how can I use the
   Toolkit?

Currently there is no way to work without cURL. We are planning to skip
the need of cURL (anyway OpenSSL is still needed). You might also take
in consideration to change to another ISP which supports the needed PHP
   extensions.
